THE HLS GROUP

The HLS Group consists of two companies, HLSFM Ltd trading as HLS Financial Management , and HLSWT Ltd trading as  HLS Financial Planning and HLS Wills and Trusts.

HLSFM Ltd is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (registration number 409034), to conduct regulated and non regulated financial transactions. Regulated transactions are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. 

HLS Financial Planning and HLS Wills and Trusts provide advice and services which are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Such advice and services may not fall under the remit of the Financial Ombudsman Service or be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. However, the HLS Group maintains comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance cover which encompasses all the advice and activities undertaken by the companies within the Group.
